iPhone Mail App
Platform:

To add your new email account to the Apple Mail App:
1. Open the “Settings” App on your device. This may be insider a folder.

2. Scroll down until you see the “Mail” option.
Tap to open it. 
3. Tap “Accounts” on the next screen.

4. Tap “Add Account” below the list of existing accounts.

5. Tap “Other” on the next screen.

6. Tap “Add Mail Account” on the next screen.

7. Enter the appropriate details in corresponding fields of the setup window as below:

9. If you are prompted to enter ports at any stage, please them enter as below. You may be presented with this option depending on the age of your iPhone and how recent your iOS software is.
- Incoming: 993 / Authentication: SSL
- Outgoing: 587 / Authentication: SSL
10. Your phone will now verify the account. Once verification is complete you will be offered a screen at the end of this process with a few options. These options allow you to choose which elements of your cPanel Email Account you wish to synchronise with your device.
Please note “Mail” must be ticked in order to add the mail account to your Mail App.
When finished, click “Save”

11. Press the “Home” Button to return to the home screen. Navigate to the “Mail” app and tap to open it. You will see the mailbox available to view inside the app.

Useful Tips
To access your emails online, go to: www./webmail When prompted enter your email address and password.
