• Application – Microsoft Outlook 2013 or newer
To add your new email account to the Windows Mail App:
1. Click on Windows Start menu or Search tool.
2. Type “outlook” and then click the Outlook App.
3. If you already have a different account setup with Outlook, carry out the following steps. If not, skip to Step 4.
Select “File” at the top of the window.
Select “Add Account” under “Account Information” in the pane that appears.
4. Enter your email address in the window that appears. Ensure you tick “Let me set up my account manually.” Click “Connect”
5. From the list that appears under “Advanced setup” select “IMAP.”
6. Enter the appropriate details in corresponding fields of the setup window as below:
After you have entered the required details, click “Next.”
7. Enter the password for your email account. Click “Connect.”
8. Please wait while Outlook configures the account. blacknovadesigns.co.uk
9. You have now completed email account setup for Microsoft Outlook.
Useful Tips
To access your emails online, go to: www./webmail When prompted enter your email address and password.
