How to set up cPanel on the Apple Mail
Platform:
• Devices – iMac / MacBook / Mac
• Operating System – OSX / macOS
• Application – Mail
To add your new email account to the Apple OSX / macOS Mail App:
1. Click on “Launchpad” or alternatively navigate to the Dock.

2. Open the Settings app. Depending on your version of OSX / macOS the icon will look like one of the two options below.

3. The Settings Window will open. Click “Internet Accounts”

4. On the Right-Hand side of the window that appears, select “Add Other Account…”

5. On the next page, scroll down the list and click the option “Mail Account”

6. Fill out the following section with the relevant information as below:
a. Name: Choose any name you wish
b. Email Address: Your full email address
c. Password: Your password for this email account
When finished, click “Sign In”

7. Fill out the next section with the relevant information as below (Some of the information may be pre-filled):

When finished, click “Sign In” blacknovadesigns.co.uk
8. The account will now be added to your Mac. You will be offered a screen at the end of this process with a few options. These options allow you to choose which elements of your cPanel Email Account you wish to synchronise with your Mac.
Please note “Mail” must be ticked in order to add the mail account to your Mail Application. When finished, click “Done”

9. You may now close the Settings window. To open the Mail App, please either open “Launchpad” or navigate to the Dock as per Step 1.
10. Open the Mail app. Depending on your version of OSX / macOS the icon will look like one of the two options below.

11. When the Mail app opens, you will see your Email Account presented as below.

Useful Tips
To access your emails online, go to: www./webmail
When prompted enter your email address and password.
